Payments, shipping, and returns
Payments
We offer secure payment channels via SSL by Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer. Please check all your order details before clicking on the "order with an obligation to pay" button. However, should you encounter any problems, please send an email to info@casiclima.com, we will try to resolve any doubts and assist you professionally. We reserve the right to cancel/not accept orders and if already paid in advance, to return the funds to your Paypal address or bank account, within 7 days after the order cancellation. The legal domicile for any dispute is the Court of Bolzano, South Tyrol, Italy.
Your shipping
Goods are generally shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment and are delivered by our national or international transport partners. In the case of transport outside the European Union, the shipping costs are calculated FOB to the first border with customs barriers. All customs import and transport costs outside of the European Union are in charge of the customer. In the case of transport by sea, the shipping costs indicated are calculated for delivery to the seaport FOB VENICE/ITALIA. Delivery outside the territory of the European Union includes the costs of the official datasheets and the Certificate of Origin. Processing costs are included, while any transport costs are calculated on the weight/volume ratio of our products. We recommend that you group the items in a single order. We cannot apply shipping costs once on different orders, shipping costs apply to each order separately. The goods are shipped at the risk of the customer/purchaser, in any case, the goods are insured with a maximum value of 1 Euro per kg. Particular attention is paid to the protection of fragile objects during packaging. The packaging is done professionally and its products are well protected during transport. We choose your carriers with care. We do not take any responsibility for any delays in delivery, within 2 months from the proven date of shipment of the goods.
Returns
Return shipments are only accepted on items closed and packed in their original packaging and only if the request is made by e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery, with all detailed information (and images in case of product errors) to our E-mail address info@casiclima.com. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer/committer if there is no proof that the products have production errors or that there is transport damage on the delivered products (confirmed in writing by the transport company). The handling costs for each unauthorized return are 20 Euro+VAT, here we also add the value of returned goods which are considered as no longer saleable.
